Re: Guild Treasuries

I know I've been away for a bit, but I'm confused. Is there no longer anyone who can code permanent content for Cosrin?

Re: Rise of the Bunny

Bunny Cookout Right in the centre of this room stands a huge black pot on top of a fire. Bunnies are hopping back and forth throwing into the pot fresh vegetables, while a white rabbit wearing an apron and chef hat is stirring it with a spoon. Glancing in the corner you see a pile of bones, that can...

Re: Berserker Weapons / Forging

Well, I was thinking more from an RPG perspective, not a real world historical perspective. Spears would be primitive in any effect. Hammers would typically be more of a cleric type weapon, not a berserker.

Berserker Weapons / Forging

Alright, I've go up through the GR50 portal and I've looked at what's available to berserkers. The guild forging doesn't work, everything requires essentially a GR75 skill level to make even iron at this point. That leaves us with what can be bought in portal shops or what can be forged in the adven...

Re: Power Corrupts

Day 16 of Cherrin, Year 150 Evening Merk walked into the Moorgate slaver refuge dressed ready to fight. He looked every bit the mercenary pit fighter. He was undercover today, getting ready to battle in the arena. Earlier in the morning, Jonz had overheard a local thug talking about the pit fights. ...

Dragon of the Deep - Part 6

Sarkon continued to flow through his combat forms. He remembered that day as if it were yesterday. He had washed up on the beach, unaware of how he had gotten there. His teacher was nowhere to be found, and he didn’t expect to find him. In his hut there was a simple note: Sarkon, Now, my boy, you ...

Dragon of the Deep - Part 5

Darkness. Pain. Suffering. Images of strife, death, destruction. Sarkon was overwhelmed…engulfed in ancient tragedies being filtered into his mind by unknown, powerful magic. He began to spiral downwards into the depths of the cave, unable to swim…unable to even move. He wasn’t sure if the scr...

Re: Power Corrupts

One Month Earlier Day 15 of Cherrin, Year 150 Morning It was a fairly warm morning, as Sarkon made his patrol rounds on Moorgate. The sun was shining, and people were about, so he decided to walk today, rather than fly. As it did every day, his patrol ended in the docklands, his childhood home, befo...

Power Corrupts

It was seven months now, in Winter Cloak of the year 149, when his guildmaster had tasked him with serving in the Moorgate City Guard. It had been an honor, and it still was, tainted though it may be. Sarkon stood here, in the dimly lit warehouse with his two closest allies within the guard, Merk an...

Dragon of the Deep - Part 4

As the memories flashed by his consciousness, Sarkon continued his dance on the pier. The sea winds themselves seemed to pick up as we moved faster, his sword flashing like lightning. The memories came like a flood in his meditation. He darted through the water like a shark. He was at home in the se...

Dragon of the Deep - Part 3

Sarkon had been training for nearly a year, day in and day out. The other kids from the docklands were off learning the fishing trade with their parents, or working in stalls and shops now, so Sarkon had a lot of time to himself. He was sitting on a large boulder overlooking the sea and gazing out a...

Something Crazy This Way Comes

Stars streak across the edge of the horizon, the flare of each constellation burning bright. ::Sarkon flies high over Moorgate to watch the shooting stars in awe:: The night sky lights up with the various signs only to go black. A flickering unnatural to anyone outside. The constellation of Naz'Skri...

<Note: This is for Short Sighted Man in Moorgate and Mad Woman in Ashwood Forest> The old man spent his days on the brink of lucidity. Unusual Beggars

She awoke with a streeeeetccchhhhh…..the sun just peeking over the horizon and shining through the slats of the bridge that her and her family slept beneath. The salty air as-salt-ed the senses, so to speak, but the strong smell of fresh fish make her eyes light up with glee. One by one, she began...

Re: The Courage Trials: Sarkon's logs

The city had finally settled down after the attacks and the cleaners were hard at work clearing the roads and the market of debris and bodies as the sun began to set. Sarkon, somewhat battered and worse for the wear, but in good spirits, made his way back to the guard house to check in. As soon as h...
