Login Problem

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging into the game. Every time I try, the client times out on me. Any suggestions?

Have you tried connecting using the web client (here)? Did that work?

Have you tried connecting to the game directly using telnet (connection information here)? Did that work?

If neither of those options work, please provide a tracert report.

If either of the above work and the client itself does not work, please ensure you are running the latest version.

The web client connects fine. I'm on the version of the client that is currently downloadable on the cosrintwo.com website.

Did you try connecting to the game directly as suggested above, an did that work fine?

When you open the OGC Desktop Client, and instead of logging in to your character, click 'New'. What happens?
