A new build has been deployed for Cosrin: A New Dawn.

1 - The effectiveness of certain buffs is now capped based on the level of the player who has received them.

2 - Resolved an issue where the damage reduction when using a weapon with a crowd control effect on it was not always being calculated correctly.

3 - Adjusted the way monster UTs are calculated, allowing for better granularity. All monster UTs should be identical to what they were prior to this change.
